App Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Billie Jeans mobile app, published by Billie Jeans (billiejeansclo.com). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

Purchases

Buying through the app is buying from the Billie Jeans store. Checkout, payment, shipping and returns are handled by our store and follow the store's policies: see Refund policy, Shipping policy, Terms of service and Store privacy policy. Your statutory rights, including the EU right of withdrawal, are not affected by the app.

Your account

You sign in with your email and a one-time code. Keep access to your email safe; anyone with your sign-in code can access your account. One account per person, and use the app fairly: no scraping, no automated purchasing, no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the app or its services. We may suspend accounts that abuse the app or attempt fraud.

Drops and availability

Drops are scheduled product releases. App members may get early access before a product is available on the website. Everything is sold while supplies last; a countdown, teaser or notification is not a reservation and does not guarantee availability, price or purchase. Drops contain no lottery, raffle or gambling mechanics and no payment is ever required to participate in a release moment.

Support chat

The in-app support chat is an AI assistant. It is helpful, but it can make mistakes: answers may be incomplete or wrong and are not binding statements about orders, prices, stock or policies. For anything that matters, the store policies above and confirmation from a human at support@billiejeansclo.com are decisive.

Notifications

Drop and restock notifications are best-effort. Delivery depends on your device, your settings and third-party push services; a missed or late notification gives no claim to a product or price.

Content and ownership

The Billie Jeans name, logo, product designs, photos and app content belong to Billie Jeans or its licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Liability

We build the app with care, but it is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage from using the app, such as missed drops, downtime or incorrect chat answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory consumer rights regarding purchases.

Changes and ending

We can update the app and these terms; meaningful changes will be announced in the app and continue to apply only if you keep using it. You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the You tab.

Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
